if you've bought meats from a supermarket, product will be kept under controlled temperature conditions. Unlikely that bacteria has grown out of the ordinary. Just make sure cooked well. Core temperature of 72 if you have a probe. No red bits please.

then all will be ok. Give all the guidelines to ensure no one poisons themselves.

HTH. Have enough certificates to know and plenty of years in food.
