Plus the fact that she was pregnant is not forced to be on them. Particularly if she had an early miscarriage.

Short of trying to see whether she could be sent a solicitor's letter demanding that she produce her medical records if she continues to try and " blackmail" him, I suspect your only option is to wait for up to nine months to see if she produces achild which may or may not be his. Meanwhile I suggest that you give your ex a generous supply of condoms and tell him to make sure he uses them in future!

I have looked at this thread several times and every time I look I feel compelled but repelled at the same time by it.

OP you do not seem to understand that this man you claim to be your 'best friend' is using and manipulating you.

He has managed to get you to believe that a woman you don't know or have ever had a relationship is a 'fruit loop'. He has somehow persuaded you that it is your job to find out if his ex lover, is, was or has ever been pregnant! What buisness is this of yours or anyone's!

Your 'best friend' then goes on to tell you that if she is it may or may not be his. You describe this as a poor reflection of her, I would describe it as a poor reflection on him. I hope you have no sexual relations with you 'best friend' because you will be having sex with him and every other woman he has slept with!

You of course need a pleasant relationship with the father of your children but please do not make home your ' best friend' he is using you like he used her and he will do the same to your children.

Step away now!

This is so true, as is Jojo's comment about 'look what the bad lady did'.

OP, one of two things happened here... your fella shacked up with a nutter. Your fella shacked up with a perfectly normal, pleasant woman whom he's now pretending is 'fruit loop'.

If the former, doesn't that make you question his judgement a bit? I want to know that my husband makes sound decisions about things; if he did decide he wanted a bit of extra-curricular I'd expect it to be someone classy! Else what does that say about me??

And if the latter, then he's playing you for a fool.
