Debt Recovery Plus

Hi, first post on here, this seemed the suitable place to post.
This may have been posted before, but i couldn't find it after a number of searches, research etc.
Firstly i received a notice from UK Parking Control with two pictures of my car (the first entering the car park & the second leaving the car park). There was a two hour parking limit on the McDonald's car park, and this was over stayed (error on my behalf).
On good advice, i was told to ignore the fine letters and carry on as usual.
A few weeks ago i received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd stating that they are 'acting on behalf of UK PARKING CONTROL LTD' and they have 'been instructed to recover the money'.
Since then i have received two further letters, today's stating:
"Further to our 'Notice of Intended Litigation' letter in relation to the parking charge above.
We have referred your case to our client and have proposed issuing County Court proceedings against you. If the case reaches court and judgement is obtained costs may increase the debt as shown:-
In order to prevent this, our client is prepared to accept a reduced payment of £124.19 in final settlement of the outstanding balane, providing this amount is paid within the next 7 days.
If payment is not received the outstanding balance will become payable in full.
You can view a selection of CCJ's that we have obtained against people who have ignored our correspondence on our website. "
So, i am slightly concerned that they have the pictures of my car, therefore have good grounds in court, etc...
Any advice please?
Thankyou in advance, Kieran

There is no outstanding balance as there is no debt, just a speculative invoice. Ignore them and zenith collections when they write to you next, they are the same company as dr+ by the way. The people working for them have gender issues as well, James becomes a girl across the companies.
And you'll be pleased to know that ukpc doesn't take your information seriously , take a look below
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4524607When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

DRPlus do not just do parking ticket unpaid invoices so the CCJ's encompass all sorts, rates, leccy, credit cards etc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

My usual reply to newbies in post #14 here which includes the letter chain from DRP and Zenith, you should just be playing snap with these letters by now:

and on pepipoo I post as SchoolRunMum, here's a typical UKPC thread with links:
