TalkTalk Home Move - Stress free my ......

I've been in the process of moving and told TT about this in advance, thinking that the transfer would be nice and simple :rotfl:
1] First I was told that @ my new property that I had an active line and was given an "go live" date where all my services would be transferred. It turns out that I didn't have an active line and the 14th March came and went, I logged a fault with the automated service, which I had to wait 72 hours !!!! for an update which never came [I had to chase them all the time]. It was nearly a week untill they contacted BT OpenReach [the engineer did a fantastic job with the line - crystal clear].
2] Apparently when you move they give you a new account number. I tried logging on and I couldn't. I had to re register with TT and supply a new contact e-mail as the previous one logs me onto my old disconnected account , and all though they confirmed my services they were not fully transfered!!! My 1000 min mobile boost wasn't on there, my calling circle gone, and my speed dials!!! I dread to think about the other e-mail addresses I set up!!!!
I have better things to do than chase these morons, it would have been easier to terminate my TT at my old address and set up with another company. [which it feels like I've done]
