Hi there, I had a return trip booked with Lufthansa that I ended up not being able to take.
However the return flight ended up being cancelled but Lufthansa claim I cannot get a refund or rebook it as I did not take my outbound flight.
Is that correct? Thanks for any help.

To get compensation you have to actually check in for the flight in most cases.
You'll also find in their T&Cs that not taking the outbound cancels the booking as well
You should have put this on the Lufthansa thread0 -
