is there a (cheap) way to end a tmobile contract early?
I've got until January left on my tmobile contract (24m).
No serious issues with it, I am just looking for ways to save money really as it is working out expensive.
Can I cancel it without them wanting the whole contract's money at once?
If not I'll just have to grin and bear it until January.
TIA.

The short answer is no, I'm afraid.
You can cancel the agreement and the remaining charges will become due. Sometimes it works out cheaper than if you pay the remaining months as planned because they (sometimes, not guaranteed) reduce it to take into consideration VAT for something you won't use.
However even if yoh go down this route, the full amount will be payable straight away and if you can't pay it, it'll trash your credit record.0
