Anyone with a Ford Fusion 2?
Options
Does anyone own a Ford Fusion 2? We've just bought a Ford Fusion 2, diesel, 53 plate. From searching online it seems that all Fusions except the style should have trip computers, but we can't work out how to find one. Theres 2 buttons on the dash where the dials are, when pushing the right one it flicks between total mileage and a milage counter. The one on the left seems to only control the clock. Just wondering if anyone is any wiser and can help us to find the trip?
We don't have the manual as its an insurance write off, so came without them. Google doesn't seem to give me anything either.

Mileage counter = the trip.
Fuel computer you mean or multi function trip.
What does your dash look like? Big square digital display in the centre
or a tablet capsule shape with the lights inside?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Yes, mean fuel computer. Dash has a tablet shape display in the middle of the clocks.0

Key your VIN (chassis number) here:

and you should be able to download an owners manual.0 -

Thanks for that, unfortunately can't find one. Im guessing its because they stopped making the Fusion so its not listed any more.0 -
The square LCD display on the posh models is the fuel computer.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Push the right sided one down and hold for about 10 seconds - should revert to zero.0

Im just going by what google and all private ad's bring up. Even an old ford brochure says they have one. We've just got a 1.4 tdci purely for the £30 year tax and for the mpg it should give us. Anything over 40mpg is a bonus to us (thats what my old scenic used to give me), though Im hoping to get 50+
I never realised my old 2001 scenic had a trip computer either until a few months of having it I acidently hit the end of the right stalk and noticed it changed on the dash, doh!0
