Just to take this subject out of the main thread to make things clearer:

Who has a payment of delay compensation lodged with Thomson and have now taken positive court action. i.e. actually filed an MCOL or manual court claim with them? Does anyone have a hearing date or received an acknowledgement of service or a defence? From what year is your delay? Perhaps you have started to use a no win no fee firm even.

I was going to pursue my claim with Thomson via section 75 but decided not to and have filed an MCOL claim. My nephew has also done the same for his delay so as far as I know here are 2 people who have taken positive court action against Thomson for year 2008.

I am just curious who is in the same litigation boat!
