  • I am in a similar situation having ordered a laptop on the March offer with 25% cashback. They now deny all knowledge of the offer ever existing. Did they ever resolve your issue or is it worth taking it further?

    Ring in and ask for Anthony Baldwins office (tell them to check NEMO if they don't know who he is) or Customer Excellence and you are unwilling to put in writing.

    That will get you to the people who can make decisions in Bolton/Preston who still work for SDG and not Serco Global who operate all the call centres. (Except for arise the homeworkers)
