Declaring today as NSD #11 :T

But I fear tomorrow will be a spend day :(

I've run out of lettuce, am about to run out of frozen veg (might have enough for today to scrape enough for OH and myself tomorrow, but that's the lot), only have enough spuds for me today and tomorrow, and the couple of bananas in the house are only fit for making banana bread with!!!

I've been trying to hold out until my next bill payment, but I've just checked my spreadsheet and it appears the only D/Debit left to go isn't due out until 27th - and I won't last that long :rotfl:

The window cleaner should be round sometime next week, but no idea when and the weather could change his plans if I had a 'regular' day so it's not really wise to wait for him either. (DS paid him for the last clean while I was away, but has traded that against a few lifts to work - of which he's already had 2, so only 1 more 'in the bank').

NSD 12 and target met. Can I up it to 15 please Freeby? Not doing too good with the in a row. I blame DH for that. Well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. :p

Went fishing with DH yesterday, despite horrendous windy weather we caught quite a few fish between us. Not bad seeing as I haven't fished for about 20 years and he last went just before his HA in 1999. :j

    Hope you're feeling better Cheryl.

Hugs to all who need one.

    NSD #8 (4-in-a-row).

Felt easy today, wonder what tomorrow will bring - that friday feeling can be one of the worst, but I shall resist the pub and chill at home with my beautiful wife instead!

I'm almost half way of my 9-in-a-row... Just need to get through tomorrow then it's all downhill!
Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.

Not too bad today thanks :)

Woke up feeling like I was running a temperature internally, but fine on the outside. After sitting around doing nothing much for a couple of hours I decided I can't carry on languishing, so I got into my walking gear, pulled together a 22lb backpack (water carrier with some home weight disks and a waterproof in case I needed it) and took myself out for a 4 mile walk. Heart rate went higher than I'd have expected for a pretty flat walk (based on walking up steep hills with a baby of a similar weight on my back last week), so I'm putting that down to not being 100% and will see how I do on further similar excursions over the next couple of weeks.

Itching to get to the gym for a swim, but I'm guessing that could make me worse and would also take me into an environment where I could pass germs on rather rapidly.

    Wow! That's amazing :T

It seems it's a year of 70ths..... OH's Mum was 70 on 7th this month, and my Mum turns 70 on 1st of next month. They couldn't believe how close they are in age - and there's only 57 days between OH and me so our Mum's were almost the exact same age when they had their first child !!!
