How can I find more information

Options
Having watched the programme tonight I thought I'd progress a possible claim. As it happened in Jan 2012 I'm not sure about the timings. We were severely delayed on a Thomson flight from Cuba to Gatwick, (6 - 7hrs) then the pilot ran out of hours so we were diverted and landed in Cardiff! A 4 hour coach trip to Gatwick before driving home followed! Didn't have much joy finding historic info on flightstats, any ideas, or are the actual timing not necessary? As long as we can prove we were on the flight? Any help appreciated. Oh and it was my son's wedding!

If it's clearly more than a 3 hour delay just commence the claim.
    See the FAQ's (sticky).
  • If it's Thomson you WILL have to go to court for it I think. I have seen no evidence on MSE of Thomson paying any claims older than two years or even newer claims - citing always Extraordinary Circumstances.

    Good Luck
