Official iphone unlock site

Can anyone help me I bought a phone on orange but I am currently on three network so thought it would be easy enough to have it unlocked I went to a company called official iphone. Unlock and the said they could do this for me I made a payment for 23.00 in total they give you the total wrong information and no terms and conditions are made clear they then asked me to send a photograph of my credit card ??? Bit strange I thought this is after I put in the card details I read on it payment would not be taking any money until the phone is unlocked after they asked for a picture I decided I wasn't happy so decided to cancel my order so gave them a ring to be informed I couldn't cancel it as it was a pre order anyway which I wasn't aware of also told that I couldn't have a refund of the money that was taken from my credit card I then phoned the credit card company who advised me to contact them and ask for the refund and give them 30 days for a response credit card company also had to cancel my card incase they took more money I am really frustrated can anyone help???

The only *official* way of unlocking is via your network, i.e. Orange.
Any other unlocking for £23 is likely to be a scam.
Your CC company is your only hope. Keep pestering them.
