i was also at the college and parked not is a designated bay but at the end on the curbing which didnt have any colour lines indicationg this was not permitted. it was very busy and i was with my grandma who is a disabled badge holder and due to there being no spaces at all in the whole car park (nt even disabled was free) i parked on the curbing.

any advice on how to defend this as. i will have a look through the bpa code of practice thing soon and try and work on some defence but any help would be appreciated.

You need more info in your initial post - which company has issued, what letters have you received to date (with dates), etc.
