Problems with Orange Signal
Options
My daughter is facing problems with signal and calls are being dropped constantly, interent is also very slow.
She is with Orange and has a Samsung s2. She has had a contract with them for over 3 years now and never had a problem with signal until the last couple of weeks. There is 8 months left on her contract.
She spoke to Orange on Monday regarding the the issues, they firstly admitted that there is a problem with the masts but have no date for a fix. Because the calls are being dropped so often she had to ring back time and time again and always speaking to another person.
Another claimed that it was her phone, but it works perfectly fine when out of the area where she lives and works. She's even borrowed my phone and the same thing with calls being dropped.
Each customer services person she spoke to had a different reason for the problem, yet all admit there is a fault with the masts but no date can be given for when it will be resolved.
They will not compensate her for her troubles, but to me they are responsible for the signal issues and therefore she is not getting a service she has paid for.
We know of another person who has an iPhone and one who has a Google phone and each time they say the fault is with that make of phone.
So basically my daughter is stuck until a fix is done, and paying for this service.
I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice please
