So what about International Signed For?
The R.Mail guy on the phone didn't recommend this service either.
Why provide a service (a very expensive service at that) that doesn't guarantee a signature or proper tracking? :/

    Did you read my post?

Thanks, I've emailed asking for confirmation of address, and explained why I haven't posted her second order. This is my worst nightmare.

I know it feels horrendous, but if you have sent it to the address on the paypal transaction, then you are covered.

It will be her that is worrying.

IMHE Aus buyers are some of the most honest in the world, so hopefully you will find a perfectly reasonable explanation.

Just as an aside, if you have a twitter account, tweet Aus Post - @auspost - (although bear in mind the time difference) they have been excellent when I have dealt with them in the past.

You should be covered but the site you sold on is not well known so I would ask her to open a paypal case - I think what will happen is either she will lose the case (because you have tracking) or they will do a no fault refund (I am not sure if these are just ebay)

Thier is seller protection with paypal when you have tracking but I would def read up on it abit and get her to open a case (assuming you have done the usal - i.e check with depot/neighbours/call the delivery people?
People don't know what they want until you show them.

Yes, she's checking with auspost, hopefully we'll find something out soon. Etsy also have seller protection, I think we'll be safest to proceed down that route if the parcel doesn't turn up.
