I already know from forum not to respond to this "letters"
But is there anything else I should do? Like: collecting all this letters, making notes of when they arrived, postman name?
Thanks for help in advance...

Postman's name ? I would ignore it unless you can spend a little time appealing it and going to popla ( https://www.popla.org.uk )

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It is worth filing the letters, just in case they try any funny stuff but otherwise, just keep-on ignoring!0

Thanks
I hope to promptly give an info about the result once they will finish bugging me... in couple of months...0 -
Schedule 4 (and therefore RK liability) does not apply to "land covered by statutory authority", and airport car parks are presumably covered by airport byelaws.
This being the case, I would simply ignore these invoices.0 -

I am not sure you are right about the status of the airport - I thought it privately owned - but if it were to be covered by by-laws, would that not be a worse predicament?
Are not infringements against by-laws actually "fines" and enforceable? Willing to be corrected if wrong.0 -
We use Liverpool airport a lot and I saw a report think BBC not so long ago that it actually costs more to park a car in Liverpool airport than it does a plane! Pro rata basis.
Don't they make enough money out of us.
If your plane is delayed no-ones fault but it happens you end up with a massive parking ticket fine! Xmas our plane was delayed for 6 hours. OH could not leave the airport as he did not know when it was due so he waited and yes a massive parking fee!
Even if you drop off by the time OH has helped us out with cases and got the kids to the terminal another parking ticket!
I know this does not help your problem but it grates on my nerves! Sorry!Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

You are wrong, this airport is covered by VCS and they don't operate under bylaws for parking charge notices. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

You are not actually PAYING these fake PCNs each time are you? Is it because your car is stuck in a car park and there's a barrier to get out and you then have to pay a fortune to get out? Can you not drive out with the fake PCN and then ignore it like everyone else does?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The airport website makes two references to the airport byelaws,
http://www.liverpoolairport.com/premiumlounge/aspire-lounge-terms-and-conditions.html
although, as far as I can tell, there is no full copy online:
The Airports Byelaws (Designation) Order 1987 also refers to Liverpool Airport as being an airport for which byelaws may be made.
What this means is that the driver may or may not have committed an offence under the relevant byelaws, but in any case the PPC can't prosecute.
Better still, RK liability does not apply, so I'd ignore all the way rather than give the PPC any information as to who was driving.0
