Great to see you back Tim and a big thanks to the girls and James for arranging everything. Hearing about “The Boys” (Jeckyl & Spooks) and your afternoon debates brings a lot of fun to our days and your always willing to help anyone out its the least we could do. Lets hope some of the donors comping luck has been sent to your new laptop and I really hope it brings you some lovely wins to compensate for some of your losses. :)

Thank you so much for sharing your story - it has made me cry. The comping world really does stick together and if I had known I would have joined the group too.

Sorry to hear what happened re the burglary and hope they caught whoever did it but lovely to hear of the rallying round to help out.

Wishing you lots of luck for another great comping year. xx

Gold plated yeah ..diamonte no...considering what it is I doubt that would work well lmao.

I've won nothing to speak of this year so far, but as I said last year was ace ..and if I win nothing it will average out well anyway...and it's not about stuff anyway is it really?

James was a star too in this, especially for accidentally tagging me so I found out about it even if it was too late to stop it all. lol

What I'd like to see is some karma coming back to these people soon, they well deserve it. :)

Aww, that made me well up. What a lovely post. I'm proud to have been part of the group. Couldn't have you offline for too long, I'd have missed the cat's antics too much! ;) x

A lovely story, very heartwarming....you never mentioned claiming on you insurance , was it because they were 'wins' and not purchases?...But you've got me wondering now ,are wins covered the same as purchases?Anyone know?

Tim you bad man you made me cry at work as well thank goodness no one came in.

Glad it all worked out for you and glad you now have a new laptop. I would miss the daily cat chat and photos of the boys. i hope they are less traumatised now.

Thanks to james for alerting me to the group and to Cheryl and Rachel for all the organising.

Sometime people can surprise us and its nice when something good happens.
