Yeah i know, but it's the only house i can afford lol.
Atleast i have a mate who is a qualified surveyor so he can come look at the house for free too and tell me if anything is seriously knackered. He saved me a fair bit a few weeks ago as the property i was looking at had damp rot and had subsidence as well as bad damp in places, he know all the tricks like moving furniture that obviously had been placed over cracks and damp to try and keep it hidden from first time buyers haha.
As long as he knows all the tricks you'll know what you're getting.
Just make sure all the pipes are present in the loft before you turn the water on.0 -
They tend to get them for you from a trade supplier and fit then dont go with BG they double the quote
Expect to pay around £1.5k to 2k tops assuming its not a very large property and or extra work doing, BG probably charge at least 2.5k to 3kthats good! Do all these local gas safe installers all sell boilers too?0 -

The kitchen and bathroom are in very good condition, they look new. Apart from the lights and shower head that have been taken. I'll ask the EA today if it's a repossession. But i don't know why they took the lights and left the kitchen... it's strange. Maybe they were really expensive lights lol.0 -
