Where can I sell used kids designer clothes?

  • Forgive me - I misread this as "where can I sell used kids" & thought hurrah! Someone feels that way about their beloved offspring one day a year (on average) as well!

All those lovley spares - a lightly used liver & kidneys (will grow to fit), corneas, heart & lungs - when someone grumbles as the cost of raising children, perhaps they haven't considered the second hand parts market.

As when my little dears really have me flinching from sharp objects, I retreat to a safe place & meditate on just how much they're worth. When we're all feeling better I count my blessings & my maths conks out after one hug...

    Sorry - totally OT!

Oddly enough I just saw this thread on the boards as that and thought it sounded like a fun way to spend an afternoon.

    Alas, it wasn't to be.

This thread was bumped back up by a brand new poster who I suspect is plugging their own company.

You should try a company called TooBigForThat - they sell high-end designer kids clothes for you and you can make up to 50% of their price! Hope that works for you. x

If your giving away More than 50% you may as well start on eBay on a free listing for a higher price. Never start items at .99p.
Do searches as to what items have sold for then start at two thirds of that on a free listing. Good photos are very important.
  • Hello there x I would be int in buying your children's designer clothes if you still have them ..I also live in London
  • Hi, i'm about to move house and sorting through all my baby clothes and wondered if you are interested in any? Thanks,
    Mary
  • Have you try BeauBou.com ? It's a site where you can sell women's used clothing, and it's free to join and post etc. It's sort of like gumtree but for women's clothing! I really like the interface and it's easy to use!
  • Maybe social media like facebook or instagram?

    Hi

I'm having a massive clear out and would like to sell used childrens clothes. I have tried EBay but you get peanuts and I would like to generate more money from these items than giving them away for 99p!

Any recommendations/ advise on? Ideally it would be great to sell the lot in one go but where?

    Thank you
    Hi
Most of the people sell kids clothes in small bundles but with the prices of them knew in places like the supermarkets, I don't think they sell for much unless they're very specific.
