keep getting a message I don't understand

I've got a Siemens CL75 and a few times I've received a message that says
Push (SI) accept yes or no?
I've no idea what it means and can't find anything in the book of words about it
so I just press *no* :rolleyes:
Can anyone tell me what the message is about? Please.
