Fresh is rubbish!!!
Hi All
Been on Fresh for almost a month now and i can safely say that although the prices are good i have never had such crap service!!!
I live in London (where i'm supposed to not have any coverage probs) and i can barely make calls.
I am told ny people trying to call me that my phone is switched off when its on showing 4bars.
I have been unable to make and recieve texts on a number of occasions.
During calls when i've been able to after a few minutes i cant hear the other person - i hear myself and to top that off it sounds like in a tunnel on the piccadilly line!
Customer services are not much better either and getting your balance is a joke!!
I wouldnt reccomend Fresh to anyone!!
I'd rather pay more and be able to make calls anyday!!!
Nikita

Fresh is 'virtual' network. It uses T-mobile and has the same coverage.nikita wrote:I live in London (where i'm supposed to not have any coverage probs) and i can barely make calls.

Ive used tmobile myself and have been far from impressed at the coverage they provide (Leeds/Bradford areas).0
