What can I do with the credit I've built up on PAYG?

I have an iPhone 4g acquired from hubby when he upgraded.

As I have no income I chose a pay as you go deal from O2 and I pay £10 a month and get free Internet and texts. I use the phone mostly for web and texts and hardly ever call anyone meaning I have £28 credit at the moment.

If I didn't top up it would last me about two weeks as Internet is £1a day and texts 12p each

I tend to use my landline (free calls) or Skype or FaceTime if I want to talk to people. I've spent about £3 on phone calls in the last six months!

I know I can send texts to charity and use it that way but are there any other ways of spending the credit?

All sensible suggestions welcome!

Have you considered trying Giffgaff ?

For your use pattern the £5 gigabag and PAYG calls/texts may be better.

The "free" data with o2 is good IF you use the credit.

The other thing is that often not all landline calls are "free". Use the phone for those calls that wouldn't be free on a landline (often mobiles or non-geographic numbers).
