we have 3 phones on vodafone paying on average 35- 40 pounds

call up on the 25 pound tarriff cant do much - phone k800i no lower tarrif

also some speil about how 3 are rubbish and they are illegable at their call centres - funny seeing as he transferd me to an indian one for vodafone afterwards lol

call up on 30 pound one saying i want ah igher price plan and n95 - upgrade goes on how much your contract has been? huh cant do it cheap even on 50 pound contract?????? madness

other one call up to cut out some riubbish they didnt cancel - computers down

o2 mobile - e65 and 30 pound tarrif 500 minuites 150 texts

im so miffed, they are so annoying, especially vodafone, i always like to user british companies but if they are going to make it hard to spend my money then i dont want to use them

Vodafone are an absolutely irresponsible and appalling company, who seem to think that is acceptable to openly criticize other companies (it is actually against their code of practice to do so).

They have even lied to my friend to keep her on a (may I say, over-priced and carp) contract with them. She was going to port to T-Mobile, as I had a voucher for £50 credit for us both if she joined, and at the time they were doing 1/2 price Flext for the lifetime of your contract with them. Vodafone said this was by cashback redemption.

Being on this plan, I know that this is totally untrue, and I went on the phone and told the guy this, and he said "well, they're all foreign". I pointed out that T-mobile's offices are in Merthyr Tydfil, Doxford, Greenock and Dearne Valley all of which are in the UK. I then pointed out that I had left Vodafone due not only to their very poor value for money, but their abysmal Customer Services, including at their Indian call centre.

They really will say ANYTHING, no matter how untrue to con you out of your money.

i just got transferred to their service department, higher up than the retentions zone, got offerd two really good deals, much happier now, may even put my o2 one onto them if i can get a good deal.

what are peoples views on three btw?

Check out the Three sticky in the sub-forum, they are alot better these days compared to when they were starting up... i'm with them and had no problems so far
