    Surely no one is going to use a real email address. They would use something disposable like http://mailinator.com/ or http://tormail.org/ or just make a dummy one up on yahoo or gmail.

    if you want to use your real one on gmail do it with a '+' like [EMAIL="blusnake+mse@gmail.com"]blusnake+mse@gmail.com[/EMAIL], this allows one to trash all the spam mails going to blusnake+mse, admittedly quite a few web sites do not like the +
