bad customer service from EE

on the phone to EE in response to a letter and once i found out that todays advisor said the complete opposite to a advisor on 21st feb i asked to spk to manager i was told not available and keeping me on the line still for nearly 40 mins and not saying a word to me and all i do is ask to speak to the manager and no answers from the advisor. i would avoid EE home phone and broadband from EE as their customer avisors don't listen and when 2 advisors say the opposite to you they don't like it when you want to make a complaint tneir customer service has a lot to be desired:mad:
