T- Mobile / Car Phone Warehouse

Just wanted to warn you all to be careful when signing up with T-Mobile through Car Phone Warehouse. I did this last Saturday on the understanding that if I couldn't get a signal where I live then I could come back and change to another nework. Well surprise surprise, no network coverage but can't cancel my contract. The coverage network says there is good coverage so tough luck. Had I gone directly to T-Mobile they would cancel due to special curcumstances but their Dealer support will not so I'm signed to an 18 month contract at £35 a month with no signal in my home, garden or where I park. They did say they wouldn't guarantee coverage in any building. Car Phone Warehouse has no 14 day back if you sign with T Mobile and will not allow the price plan I've signed with to be reduced. Very difficult to use as I work from home, any suggestions?

Probably not what you want to hear, but I suggest you read the terms and conditions thoroughly in future.A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.0 -
Hi Shirlie!
Sounds like a breach of contract on their part as long as you can prove that you made it clear to the sales consultant at the time of signing the contract that this was the basis upon which you were entering into this contract, that you would change network if you could not receive a signal as required.
If no luck, threaten them with a claim for breach of contract in the small claims court.
Good luck!0 -

Is there no signal or just very bad? Can you get it anywere near. We have this problem with O2. tried these signal boosters don't think they made much differance. But a mate tried them with a virgin phone and it improved 2 bars. The measure of love is love without measure0
