Help please

Hello moved to this thread asnot many on 'techie stuff' to help.. im having trouble getting into websites like Ebay etc on my tablet which is new...an error message 'certificate not valid on this site' comes up so im not allowed and advised to not proceed further..what do I do..reset to factory settings on tablet? or download some antivirus? please advise has someone hacked my tablet?!

is it too late?

plus the date/time keeps changing

That suggests the tablet is faulty ... and is also the likely cause of the certificate errors.

Check your date and time is correct - that can cause certificate errors and that you have selected the correct world time zone.

What happens to the date and time when it changes ?
