You are wasting money by paying monthly for TV licence
No they aren't, you don't get charged any more for paying monthly. I fact OP is saving money by paying monthly (as they can keep the money in a savings account and earn a pittance in interest!).
However, the figures are slightly off - when you first buy a TV licence, you pay for the whole thing in six months (approx £25 per month), them it halves indefinitely (you're then always six months ahead on your payments).0 -
Fun+leisure - £???
Cable TV - £???
Then you should think about one off costs like if you go to the doctor and need to pay for medicine, repairs for your car etc. Whilst you might not be able to quantify such expenses, you need to figure out if you would be able to afford such things if necessary.
And initial moving costs. Will you need a removal van? Will you need to buy any furniture/appliances or will it have all this? Etc...What will your verse be?

Fun + Leisure i didnt include that as my budget was purely just the costs of living, i had money left over per week / month for that sort of stuff and with cable TV i will have to have freeview at first then see my finances after.
I have aloud my self to save money per month as well if anything goes wrong and got savings for furniture etc for when i move out0
