I got some P and P yesterday but was hoping to get R and R x2 as well for the 342 but none instock. SA said it's because all the R and R bottles have been used for P and P and there should be enough stock now for three weeks but p and p is going into tubes instead because it's the packaging that's causing the delays.

I nearly bought the time delay stuff yesterday but hesitated - today that's on 342 and they had plenty of stock, so I got three. I also got my AC machine vouchers for free expert item - thought I'd better get them straight away before the shelves are stripped!

I asked today and R&R is not expected in shops for 4 WEEKS!! My Mum has been using a trial sample I gave her but is desperate for the full size. Even the SA today said she was desperate for R&R to come in and she was having to use P&P instead.

    Oh how embarrasing:eek:

Did they ask what was in the package?

I was in Boots yesterday with a parcel containing a FCUK toilet bag from .com,it surely didn't have a tag!
My last P+P from .com is waiting to be posted ant it has a security tag on

He didn't ask me what was in there just said 'you must have something expensive in there' :rotfl: I was just so glad there was no security guard on duty.

On another note got a P&P today at another boots and the no7 lady is 'not very nice'. I gave her a 300 point voucher when you spend £15 on no7. The till would not accept it so she added it on after I'd paid. When I got out of the store I checked my receipt and she had only added 236 points:mad:

Went back in and asked her why only 236 points, her answer was because I'd already received 64 points for my £16.75 spend. I was so mad, I said thats not right and asked to see a manager and she backed up the no7 lady. I said fine I'll be on the phone to customer service when I get home. So the manager said she would call head office....and they back me:rotfl: .

I know its only 64 points but I would not let the no7 lady get away with it.

worth noting today i used the 1 hour photo service, in the mag is a voucher for a free cd of pictures, also in the acm is a voucher for 100 points when you buy the cd with your photos, I used them both together with no problems, so a free cd and free 100 points plus 100 points for it being a boots own disposable.
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

I think she actually was right - when you use an extra points voucher, I think the 'rules' changed, and now you only get the extra points, and not the 'base' points. I'm sure I remember a discussion about this on here a few months ago.

Really? Just looked at a receipt I had in my bag from yesterday, a £2.47 spend. Used a 100point voucher for the poo tablets, says I received a total of 112 from the transaction.

Actually I cant figure out how that works, as 4 points per £, and it's now a full pound required for points... I should've only had 108....? Erm... ermm...

one day i'll understand the receipts in boots

She did put on the extra points but she wasn't happy about it.
