Has anyone received this voucher today. Just checked and Soap & Glory do quite a few minis @ £2 each. Just wondered if there were any exclusions on the voucher. If not, then this one maybe worthwhile.:D

    Hiya all!!

I'm not much of a 'make-up' user - but my brother has just given me the new voucher (£ 2 off MAYBELLINE/BOURJOIS ) ..... I also have the £2 off from the parenting booklet - has anyone been able to combine the two vouchers???

What could I get with this??? Any free items???

    Thanks for any ideas!!XX

NB :- just checked ebay - our voucher seller is back!!! (egalaxy2000) he's selling 4 new vouchers for £3 - don't think I'm allowed to post the link????

(don't think I'll buy these new ones - not much of a 'make- up' fan!!!)

Maybe he works for Boots favourite printing company.:rotfl: :rotfl:

 oooh just had a right do at boots and thought i would vent my anger on here!

I bought my mum some of the protect and perfect but its brought her out in little bumps and a big red rash after just a week So after reading other peoples experiences on here i told her to ring customer services as couldnt find the reciept anywhere and a little had been used out of the jar

She did and the person there (Wendy) was lovely and very apologetic. She gave her a number to quote when she went instore and said there should be no problems, she could just have a full refund. Wendy also told my mum there had been a few compliants about reactions to the serum

Anyway we toddled off to our local boots, where we saw the No 7 woman. Who told my mum she must be applying it wrong (How?!) and told her to come back when the other NO 7 woman was in. We said that this wasnt convienient and gave her the reference number and explained that customer services had said that there would be no problem due to it causing such a bad reaction.

She then said we would have to wait and continued to serve 5 other people as well as giving the trainee other jobs to do then walked off. Me and my mum werent sure what was happening!

She then came stomping out 20 minutes later from the back and shouted over "just wait there for a minute" and started to chase the manager around the store. After 5 minutes of confereing with the manager they both came back and said that customer services had no right authorising a refund as it was a cosmetic and therefore no refunds allowed. My mum argued that she didnt want her money back, just to swap it and customer services had said that was ok. Eventually after another 5 minutes she was allowed and she quickly choose some other things.

Then we got asked where the £5 no 7 voucher was as the person who bought it would have got 1. argh! After another few minutes on this the No 7 woman completed the sale and walked off... no apology or anything! im sooo mad.

Sorry this is so long, just had to let my frustration out, surely if customer services have said its ok then it shouldnt be a big deal?!

oooh CS were so much nicer than the staff instore. They were very shocked and said that there shouldnt have been a problem. They couldnt stop apologising and then put my mum onto a senior CS woman who also kept apologising and said they would get in touch with the store to bring this problem up as it shouldnt have happened. They also put 750 points on my mums card which i thought was really nice as it wasnt their fault. Atleast we got an apology! which is all i wanted anyway and my mum got a nice little bonus
