So i got 1000 points for spending £11.96 on 3 packs of nappies, and a skincare/sunglasses voucher :T

Ladysparkle did your order ever say dispatched?? or just processing??

hi it didnt even get to processing, it first said order recieved, now order on hold, i know i wont get it from reading other peoples experiences last week, but im not to worried

ment to add aslong as they refund my money that paypal have already taken out, have others got this back ok?

The money only comes out my Paypal account when the order is dispatched so when the last lot went "on hold" no money was taken.
You might find your account blocked like I did!

With regards the little white shiney bits, I have had this with other products. One was with one of the no7 samples from a bag the sorbet one I think. Every time I used it it would happen - very odd.

When I put in the search no 7 protect it brings me up to the correct product and I have always ordered it from there and it def. does not say only one allowed. So really there is no reason to feel guilty or like you have done somthing wrong.
I know other pages may say it but once you have put it in your basket from the first page why would you go and search for it again??

I would argue the point with them if they get funny. But hopefully it won't come to that.
