Do you still have your receipt? If you went back in and showed you didn't receive a voucher they would give you one...i think in the past people have called CS who have said give (this name) when you ask for the voucher

I obviously spoke to some guy at HO who is p**sed about having to work on a Sunday.
He said maybe they had run out and the vouchers are subject to availability. No sorry, no have some points that was it!
I'll pop in there later and show them my receipt I 'll kick up a fuss if I dont get my voucher.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Findingmyownway and Redfox, I think the parenting voucher information needs to be updated. It seems that they have sorted the glitch as everyone who has bought in the past week or more now only have £5 taken off their purchase (face value of the voucher) rather than how it used to be £16.

From bitter experince, Boots CS tend not to reply to emails promptly, if at all. You may have better luck phoning? Or if really aggreived try snail mail!Good Luck!

Hi, im quite new to bootsing, but have been folllowing this thread for a while. Yesterday i decided to spend some time on a online shop and try for a good deal. Well in my opinion i got a great one.

Someone had mentioned earlier about RoC day & night cream set for £12.50 (£15 each on there own) and 500 points skincare so i went for that and ....... well this is what i got

RoC Hydra+ Destressant Day & Night Pack
    £12.48 1 N £12.48

Be careful with RoC products ordered in the sale (i.e. reduced items).
My order arrived with my RoC out of date - some expired August 06!!!

    P&p still in stock :)

I added mine to some of the Roc night and day destressant which is £12.48.

It also gives you 500 points as well as taking you over the threshold for free delivery when buying 3 p&p :)
