Hi Mojy,
I'm with you on this one,mine's arrived late & boxes were creased as they were stuffed in bigger box & not in the usual sleeve not happy, but dare not phone to complain as i'm sure if i return same then i'd only get one back out instead of 3, empathy with everyone who did not get orders last week.
This is not the first time i've had damaged items, last month the hand washes did not have lids on them properly, makes you wonder what goes on @ their packing department !!!!!!!:p

My P&P order arrived this week and 2 of the boxes were creased too :mad: and as you said not in the sleeve they are usually in. Maybe it was our punishment for ordering 3 :rotfl:

apprently head office have told all stores to sell only one per customer, some cs staff don't seem to know this and are saying if you go to the back of the que and they still have some left you can have a 2nd, i did this ... the manager refused till i pointed out the sa who said i could have a 2nd, but flattly refused to give me a 3rd free...apparently it's not included in the offer ...has anyone got these on 342?

To keep it Boots related - I've only used the P&P twice and each time I noticed that little 'white shiny bits' were left on my face?????

HELP! i kind of get this...Not shiny bits exactly but whan i pu ton moisturiser and then foundation on after p&p (both moist/foundation are no7 products) i get 'bits' all over my face! it is hard to explain, but, if you ever did that experiment about dead skin cells as a child, where you were told to push your palms together hard and rub back and forth fast ans the dead skin cells would come off... wellas i rub in my foundation, this happens on my face:eek: but it IS NOT DEAD SKIN CELLS! (before you all think i don't wash my face LOL ) - (how could any of us not do that with all the lovely bargains we get )

I think its the p&p coming off....its annoying, as never happens if i don't use it, but i want to use it!

With my P&P I think the 'white paint'?? on the actual dispensing cap is coming off and mixing in with the p&P???? Just can't think of what else it could be....

If I rang Customer services would they offer a replacement / money back (It was on a 342 - BUT this would draw attention to my 'over - order!!!) :eek:

It says on the site you can return items instore... you could try that?

Yes, I resorted to snail mail and they took ages to reply but thye did send me some extra points vouchers - didnt sort out most of my problems though.

I think its better not to save your Boots annoyances out but to email them on the day you have the problem with as much detail as possible time, place, staff name etc
