anybody got any spare 500 points voucher for memory cards i need three
The ACM didnt give me any :(

I didn't get any either last week (or the one for the frames) when everybody else seemed to get them but I went to a different store yesterday and lo and behold the vouchers appeared on that ACM.

Would you be able to try a different store? You may get them there.

I only printed one yesterday and haven't actually used it yet but if you need any more I will try and see if my usual store will give me them now and you are welcome to them if they do

Just to let anyone know that if you are going on holiday soon and are a member of the Boots Heathcare Club you can get Brecon Careg - 1 litre Water normally 99p for 49p at any Boots stores at Airports!

This is very good value especially now you cant take your own water through security and normally other shops airside charge about £1.30 for a litre !

I wasnt sure if the offer would still apply at the airport Boots but it worked for me at Gatwick two weeks ago!

A lunchtime bootsing for me...I only went in to get lunch honest

    I got:

    Botanics pulse point oil £4.55
Botanics Mens deoderant £3.50 (+ 100 pts from mailing) - £1.75 botanics buy 2 get 1 half price
(The botanics buy 1 get one half price also works on the botanics aromatherapy stuff even though there are no signs up in my branch)
    Bodyform Ultra £1.49 (+100 pts)
    Bodyform maxi £1.49 (+100 pts)
    RoC Hydra+ cream £10.95
    RoC GWP 0.00
    Shapers meal deal £2.99

    100 pts on £10 spend
    150 pts on £20 spend
    Double points coupon
Handed over my vouchers including RoC £5 and they all scanned apart from 50% off pulse point oil from stop smoking pack and
50p of shapers meal deal didn't scan (offer expired 23/6/7 - really small time window on that one!). Didn't query the pulse point oil one as the poor girl was really confused, bless - I figured that I could phone CS rather than make it awkward for her.

I got charged 14.95 with 722 pts back

In all the confusion, I didn't notice that she'd scanned the RoC voucher twice until I'd left the store and got back to work.

Went to Hanley Boots yesterday, plenty of the gold smoking boxes with the garnier cream and Rox samples with the blue sachets inside.

Also at the bottom of the stairs downstairs a clearance shelf with Mitchum solid deodarant for 75p. I dont know if this would work with the £1 Mitchum voucher but I suppose if you put some in amongst your other shopping you might be able to use a couple.

I also tried my card in the machine and got some offers that I didnt get on Wednesday. My card was only giving me 50 points on Bodyform and liners, the card with the most usage and points total but the other cards were giving 100 points. Has anyone used both a 50 points and a 100 points on Bodyform?

So because someone said the machine would only give you 5 of each voucher and no more I printed them all off ther and then. So now (not counting the 50 pointers) I have 35 vouchers all with 100 points for Bodyform all to be used by July 17th. I checked the price and it now seems to be about £1.48 a pack so I would have to spend over £51 to use them all up. I would then have enough bodyform to last over a year for myself and my daughter if I could find a space in the house to store 35 packs, in a house already Boots and Tesco stuffed!

I think even my husband would notice 35 packs and the sudden leap in my points total :rotfl:

I suppose I will have to add some of them to my swaps list, hopefully updating it later today on PTS and the coupon swaps thing. But I think I have a full set of Boots tokens now if anyone is short of something PM me and I will check to sei f I have what you need. All valid until July 17th plus I have total spend vouchers for a £10 and £20 spend if you want to try them as well

Its the Silvercross POP pram. I heard its out of stock everywhere! I asked about ordering 1 in, or reserving the 1st 1 etc but every1s said no.

I know you wanted to use your advantage points but they are £70 plus postage on Ebay. It might be less hassle and you can use your points for this months baby food / nappy purchases etc instead!!?

  • I was thinking of printing out all my vouchers from the acm when I go in next but can they only be used in the store i get them from? sure Ive read on here that they are store specific, but never actually seen this written anywhere!

only ask as I tend to shop in 2 different stores, if they are store specific might be worth me getting them as and when Im in each store
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!
  • sorry just answered my own question! :o from the boots site:
Advantage Point machines offer yet another great way to receive offers. These offers are exclusive to Advantage Card holders. They are only found in larger Boots stores, but the coupon offers provided can be used in other Boots stores provided they have not expired.

I will print them all when I go next! perhaps I shall go this afternoon................

    Hi finallydebtfree,
You can use them in any store - even ones that don't have an ACM.

Edit: Doh, I was too slow there :rotfl:
