says 3 for 2 on p&p so all of you that hasnt been able to get 3 for 2 on it coz the sa's wont let you, print off the email and take it in! would be false advertisement if they say no.

Any chance you can send the email if I PM you? All the signs now say 342 on NO7 Cosmetics....

And to the person asking - no more points on JK files I'm afraid. I took mine back today. Online seems to still work tho.

There is a coupon in the smoking booklet for Boots rapid white brush on gel for half price until 28th of August. I tried to find it on Boots.com but although other rapid white products where listed, not this one. They seem to be on special offer for about £5 -£6 so if this one is the same it might be worth buying it with the half price coupon.

Has anyone bought it and if so how much was it, was it also on special offer. Also does it actually work, is it worth buying even with the coupon?

Just waiting to see if another "spend £10 get xxx coupon" appears in July and trying not to spend as little as possible in the meantime!

Keep the complaining up, don't relent, e-mail the same person with a daily update of which ACMs arent working if necessary "i spend a lot in boots and never get ACMS that are working, how many points am i missing out on", "my complaints have not been dealt with successfuly, Im unsure if I can continue being a customer as the level of customer service provided is awful" those kinds of things, and your pending points balance will be looking good in a few days! I complained 3 times cos I was so majorly peed off with the ACMS ALWAYS being broken!!

Oh, this was about the 20th time i've complained! And offerred nothing.

I had an OK trip to Boots today but I think the SA would be glad to get rid of me!:o :o:o

I wanted the MF GWP so picked up 2 powders which I will use anyway and a eyeliner but kept eyeliner in my hand. The till beeped as 2 powders didn't make £15!
I handed over eyeliner that I had in my hand to stop it falling out of basket;)
HELP I was still 10p short,so had to dash back to swap a powder for a bronzing powder.A few tuts from behind...sorry if it was you!
Got MF GWP (I chose the last pink one ,there were only a couple yellow ones left )at last ,but no chance without spending £15

Also picked up the Olay box with the regenerist lotion and 2 sample size tubes.SEL said £8.77 but my receipt said £12.50 so SA had to call supervisor, holding up the queue again:o :o:o:o
She agreed it was £8.77 and agreed to refund it then let me have it for £8.77.
Now here is the interesting bit;)
When he swiped it for a refund it came up at £21.50.........just my luck that he noticed  .
    Eventually got it for £8.77.
I must find my £3 olay voucher and go back for another set, really good value!
    Might chose another SA though!

No thanks button but thank you anyway, quite a good offer. I will take the magnigying glass to see how long the offer is on for. It would be good though for bringing your total spend up to £10
