Had a response from boots about the ACM machines never working in the stores near me - visited 14 acms in one day... ALL NOT WORKING! all I got back was "In the next 4 months, all ACM machines will be updated, in the meantime, ensure you speak directly to a manager to ensure they are aware of faults and can get them fixed" so I then responded "I have asked, and the manager is 'never around currently/ not surrently avaliable', and that the machines have now been faulty over a month in my main store, its getting stupid, and I also asked to be informed of the acm voucher terms and conditions, as they refuse to accept any, telling me to go to another store if I wish to use my coupons. So helpful ¬¬

Quick trip to Boots this morning - took back JK nail files, no probs.

Got Bodyform pads with 100 pts plus 150 pts for £20 spend...BUT....

MF GWP beeped madly and SA knew all about it so wouldn't let me have it - I wanted it for a mate and the voucher so bought a mascara and lip gloss.....only now I'm home I find she took my 200 pt voucher for MF mascara from yesterday's GWP but didn't scan it AND there's no voucher in the GWP I've just got! Is it worth ringing customer service?

Masses of P&P in store now too so any of you still holding some, get rid fast!

says 3 for 2 on p&p so all of you that hasnt been able to get 3 for 2 on it coz the sa's wont let you, print off the email and take it in! would be false advertisement if they say no.

Keep the complaining up, don't relent, e-mail the same person with a daily update of which ACMs arent working if necessary "i spend a lot in boots and never get ACMS that are working, how many points am i missing out on", "my complaints have not been dealt with successfuly, Im unsure if I can continue being a customer as the level of customer service provided is awful" those kinds of things, and your pending points balance will be looking good in a few days! I complained 3 times cos I was so majorly peed off with the ACMS ALWAYS being broken!!

had to pop into boots for a prescription and both acms arent working
tis has been for months now
absolutely shocking
did ask the sa and she said the manager wasnt in
and people have been into fix them but no joy
she also said she wasnt too sure whats going to happen to them
managed to pick up two smoking packs and bought the whitener
original price was 12.99 down to 6.49 used voucher from pack paid £2.15

No that actually is a very good question. You actually get your money back. - I dont know wether they do a refund onto your vias/debit card or give you a gift voucher, either way after your 30 days it will be free

Buy the new Intervene Pauce and Effect moisture cream and lotion SPF 15 before June 30th. After 30 days return to the same Boots with your bottle and original receipt, before August 10th. It looks like two products so I dont know wether you need to buy one or both.

I didn't get a voucher in my MF GWP either. All of our advantage card machines have signs on them saying not in use pending replacement at the end of June. The lady at Boots.com customer services told me that all stores are getting new machines and they will have lots more advantage points offers. Perhaps they are winding down the offers to make the new machines seem really impressive. I'm getting withdrawal symptoms as next to no points offers available unless you have vouchers. Not even a give up smoking pack to be had, probably because we banned smoking in public over a year ago.
