just wanted to say a huge ta to whoever posted about chadderton boots-I got rid of 11 maybelline vouchers for about a fiver that I still had on a giftcard!!!(we did get a bit lost mind you but its all part of the fun)

Ooh Ooh Ooh we have our very own insider amongst us....oh the joy! are people really sooooo stupid not to take advantage of a freebie? it must really kill you having to see all those vouchers go to waste, but you'll have to let us know the best way to keep the SA's from refusing to scan our vouchers when we're trying to pull a fast one.....does the talking incesantly really work - or is it best to use the being really nice policy????:beer:

I know Boo answered this with the post office response, but you can also return instore and they'll take the points back off you, but chances are only for the items rather than the extra points - i think it depends on how much os a jobsworth you get instore - some pople have taken stuff back and not had any points taken off them, some people have all their points taken off them!:o

On the subject of wallets for vouchers..... how do you lot keep track of your vouchers i spent five minutes at the till yesterday getting really flustered trying to sort out which vouchers i had to go with the shopping i had then realised i had left my card in the machine with £290 worth of points on after a few very very stressful minutes they retrieved it from the machine. when the SA put it in the till she said"oooooooh what a lot of points i can see why you were getting upset!" it's the whole trying to stuff 10000 print offs into a bag that's already bulging with coupons that did it i got so mithered i forgot to take my card back out - i hope the new ACM's are better when it comes to getting your card back! the daft thing is if i had £290 in my bank i would never leave my cashpoint card behind - so why do i constantly forget that effectively these days with so much on it my advantage card is exactly the same thing - i think i'm losing my marbles!

right, having subjected you lot to 5000 posts from myself this morning i am off to do what i got up early for........the Boots tidy up.......usually i manage to shove everything straight in the cupboard at the end of my landing - but things have been a bit hectic the last few weeks so I've been shoving everything in my bedroom - it's all laid out on the bed so i could sort it into - teeth, shampoo, razor type piles - and i have realised that i don't have enough space something will have to go........ i know i'll get rid of the toilet rolls they take up way to much space - my visitors can use boots receipts instead (i have enough of them!!!) I think some of it will be going to my mate its her birthday next week and i think she'll be unwrapping lots of boots related items..good job i didn't get involved in the whole poo tablet thing otherwise she'd be really dissapointed when she came to open her presents, but she'll definatley be getting a jemma kidd nail file if nothing else, i have four of them (have been very restrained) and have no nails to file!

please no-one find any glitches today i have way to much to do without adding in a shopping trip as well - although the Boots is only about 2 minutes walk from the house so i can always combine a it with a trip out getting a sandwhich at lunch - or even a shapers lunch i have a voucher somewhere....:rotfl:

i will call into my pathetic boots local store today, never any thing reduced there but i am also wanting another 1 sec nail polish, i prefer the red one with 2 coats its not so bright lol
I have 2 purses in my handbag and a plastic sandwich bag, small purse real money, cards etc
big falling apart purse stuffed with coupons for boots and tesco, 4 parts boots points, boots money off, tesco points, tesco money off
plastic bag - moc's for everything

Sad I know.......................Roll on new vouchers!

I think we need a pocket version of the foto albums you get - you know the ones with the sticky backs that you put the fotos on then put the clear sheet back over! or something along those lines - come on you lot - one of you must have the perfect solution for how to keep track of all those coupons...... mine are in such a mess that i found a £20 note hiding in amongst them yesterday!:o

I took a hairdryer set back to my boots yesterday. I had asked the previous day if it was ok to do so.

I got a refund but the sa (who was lovely) never even asked if I had a card so I still have the points!:o
