Why do Boots display their Straighten Kit on the Mens Landing page?

I know men do hair straightening too, but it did make me wonder!:rotfl:
Fathers Day anyone?!;)0 -

It is people that buy the glitches to return to the store so they can get the full price refunded that I have a gripe with. In the long run it will spoil it for us bootsters. It is one thing taking advantage of coupon glitches and points glitches and another to be purposly profiting from returning stuff from dot.com for more money
i agree with you. was just trying to eplain to a previous poster that we don't actively go out to totally scr*ew over Boots (except when they're being really stupid.....mouthwash for example):p
On a different note, finally managed to get a points voucher when buying No.7 - had to go 170 miles to burton on trent mind you!:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0 -

Wow! that's some journey, LOL How many boots stores did you visit on your way?
I popped into my local store this morning to check-out the sale shelf again. Still loads of pink FCUK. Nothing else worth buying though. I redeemed some points on 2 FCUK gift sets on BOGOF@2.50. Managed to resist the temptation to get more Roc gifts. I think I have more than enough wipes and GWP. Space is becoming an issue in our house. I have toiliteries and cosmetics all over the place. I'm sure some of it will go off before I remember where I have stored them. Crazy huh?
Still no decent offers on AC machine. There must be another glitch soon? I can't believe boots is so boring at the moment.0 -
took my two p&p back today
no questons from the staff and gave me a refund on a gift card as i didn't have my reciept
staff did joke and told me i should have sold them on ebay!!!!
i had already phoned cs who told me it was boots policy to take back skincare products and if you didn't have a reciept you would get an exchange
i was pleased they gave me my refund on the gift card which means i use it like cash
first thing it paid for was a meal deal as i had trailed oh over to get an exchange and didn't get any lunch on to cook!

Can I ask how long free delivery takes from Boots? It says by a week on Monday to be delivered, is it usually that long? Does it tend to be morning/afternoon, sorry for all the questions!

Just shows how inconsistent Boots can be! CS have said no in the past to skincare returns (except where there is a genuine reason i.e. skin reaction).
Well done you though :T0 -

Depends on their method of dispatch. (In my experience, smaller orders come by Royal Mail, larger HDNL). Check method of dispatch under 'your orders' online.
Royal Mail, you can't track and delivery depends on your local post round. But at least if you are out, you can collect at your local PO sorting office.
Home Delivery Network (HDNL) you can track and trace once they tell you your goods have been dispatched. My HDNL chappie always calls first thing, but again it depends on your local round. Once you have your tracking number you can trace it online and phone your local depot (follow the link from 'your orders' page on .com) and check.
HDNL are also good at leaving your parcel if you tell them where.
As for times - my orders have always arrived before their estimated date. Average about 5 days from order to delivery?

closest i got to doing anything was looking longingly at the JCB factorys (my mate lives in Rocester) as we drove around and also kept getting wonderful wafts of coffee as we drove past the coffee factory!
But of course the highlight of the weekend was visiting a different Boots - lovely!:hello:  It's official I'm addicted to Boots - the total on my Advantage Card has gone over £300  :hello:0
