the womans being really nice about it. i taped both ends of the parcel , was a jiffy bag and she says only one end was taped. i always pack my stuff with care.

when i posted it i had to declare what it was worth ect , and whats in the parcel so maybe it was opened when in handling and my serums on ebay again huh !!! (maybe)

i really cant be doing with fighting over this so offered the lady half refund. that way we both pay the price for this miss-hap.

ive got so much on my mind with the wedding and stuff , i cant be bothered to fall out with someone over £30.

    :o

I had a similar problem a long time ago with a woman called Anne in the States. I wondered whether customs had opened it but failed to seal it up when they had finished. The buyer is actually entitled to a full refund.

I had a certificate of posting so I did a claim to Royal Mail explaining that the contents were missing. The item was sent as an Airmail small packet, no Airsure or Signed For. It took ages but Royal Mail did refund me the value of the item (about £14). All I lost in the end was the cost of sending. I did wonder if this was a scam as the woman didn't want a replacement item but preferred to have a refund.

    Good luck with it.

Had a good shop today. Spent the last 5 of my ebay vouchers, so Time Delay hand cream x 3 (love the smell!!) and a Time Delay Cleanser and Toner all free.
Managed to print out 5 of the 100points for mouthwash, so got 9 basic mouthwash (on 342), paid £4.26 - in 3 transactions and got 900 points - thanks OP!!! Two coupons to use in another store later in the week. Like someone else said I'll decant these into Plax bottles, so no complaints about 'cheap' make!

Does anyone know when the No7 GWP starts? Is it before £5 vouchers finish on 22nd May? Thanks.

My daughter has got a skin voucher - I still have not got her to grasp couponing and she spent £21 in one go rather than splitting her shopping into two lots - why do my children neve rask my advice before they go shopping!. There is no useful list at the top of the thread as to what to spend her voucher on with the least ammount of added money. It would be great if someone could add a list to the sticky at the top.

    I will start it off

Roc Hydra + matifying re-sourcing care hydrating gel 40 ml £5.48
Sancuary cleansing facial wash 200ml £5.95

I think AnnaPantsCats posted a list recently, but I can't seem to find it. Agreed, it would be very useful to have it on p1 if someone could find it.

not this is a separate tip from the mouthwash one - i know people on here had cottoned onto part of it but seemingly some people are getting two vouchers out of the AC machine, one for 100 points WYB any 1mouthwash & theres also another one for 100 points WYB 2 mouthwashes.
    and theyre on 3 4 2,

so if you buy 6 basis ones for example - 71p x 4 (+2 free) = £2.84 to pay & you get 100 points for each individual mouthwash 'bought' (even the free ones) = 600 points + 300 points from the buy 2 mouthwashs and receive 100 points vouchers

so you would be £6.16 in profit!!!

who are you on bobs out of interest?

Thanks JeffJeff and WKD-Lauren, now I get it, LOL

Just got back from Boots (didn't read your posts before I went) and couldn't work out the mouthwash deal so left it...there's always tomorrow! I need to go to Boots again anyway, cos my lovely kind mum sent me a 5.00 skincare till spit, which I used today on time delay eye brightener. I've just opened the jar and there's a dirty great big fingerprint in the cream, yuk! this is going back tomorrow!

forgot to say, I'm not a member of bobs. I just went on the site to look up the mouthwash glitch.

had my first boots experience today, first got some vitamins (342) for granny , spent 10.00 and got skincare voucher.
i too got the time delay eye brightener, i was surprised when i opened it that it did not have some kind of seal on the lid.
Used a 100 points acm voucher for the hand/nail cream that was 1.39. SA took ages - she was reading the small print on the back/the front and then said i could not use it as i would have to use it where i got the voucher from:confused: eventually she just said she would put it through and see. and it worked
