If this proves that you sent the item I would tell her you have a reciept and proof the item was posted. If she is trying to say it has been tampered with and the item removed in transit it is a tricky one as you have to take her word for it.
You would put in a claim in from royal mail- but this will take about a month and im afraid you should really refund her in the meantime. As she can do a claim through paypal and get her money back and it then becomes a dispute and you dont really want that- even if she is lying paypal will find in her favour.
I must say that I never post to the USA anymore as they tend to be more likely to scam you or the item to go missing.0 -

This one is really confusing me. I checked on bobs, and I think the OP said they had used 2 vouchers from ACmachine. 1 for 100points on mouthwash and 1 for 100points when you buy 2 mouthwash. I know someone on here said they had bought 3 mouthwash and handed over 1x100p voucher and received 300points. Can someone please confirm this before I hit Boots this morning? thanks in advance
not this is a separate tip from the mouthwash one - i know people on here had cottoned onto part of it but seemingly some people are getting two vouchers out of the AC machine, one for 100 points WYB any 1mouthwash & theres also another one for 100 points WYB 2 mouthwashes.
and theyre on 3 4 2,
so if you buy 6 basis ones for example - 71p x 4 (+2 free) = £2.84 to pay & you get 100 points for each individual mouthwash 'bought' (even the free ones) = 600 points + 300 points from the buy 2 mouthwashs and receive 100 points vouchers
so you would be £6.16 in profit!!!
who are you on bobs out of interest?0 -
The sa only accepted 1 voucher when I bought 3 but the points were added for each product - this worked when I got 3 smile for £1.98 and also when I included the basics - ie. 100 points for each item. It is one of those great ones where you don't look stupid passing over 10s of vouchers. sa was happy I'd got a bargain. Haven't tried it with more than 3 but see no reason it shouldn't work. I think you may only get the voucher a couple of times from the machine though, before it disappears, altough, unlike most of the vouchers, mine is valid until 22 May, not just for one day.
see my post in reply to sally06, thers also potential to get 900 points for a £2.84 spend if you can ge hold of two types of these vouchers0 -
Are you meaning to do all of the above in one transaction? Local Boots will only take 1 voucher per transaction.
Thanks.0 -
I stupidly didn't buy this online when it went on sale for £14.99 up to yesterday .com was saying stock coming soon now it seems they have removed the item when I search for it a message says no results found
does this mean they have discontinued it?
I tracked one down in a store but it was £29.99  but I received my parenting voucher yesterday so I may go and buy it today if it's still there £5 off it better than nothing

Have you got the reciept for the item being sent and the cost.As you can work out from this what weight the item was that you sent and if you did indeed post the item.lso look through her feedback to see if this has happend before.
If this proves that you sent the item I would tell her you have a reciept and proof the item was posted. If she is trying to say it has been tampered with and the item removed in transit it is a tricky one as you have to take her word for it.

You should have the customs docket from your postage or some kind of receipt with her address on - royal mail don't accept claims until after 15 days for undelivered mail but you should be able to get a form for damaged goods. I would ask Royal Mail what should you do and then tell her accordingly - you don't have to refund yet until you know where you stand.
Paypal don't always find for the buyer - in my case they found for the seller even tho he had sent me broken goods. I called them and argued it out and said I would chargeback on my credit card so they refunded me eventually but i had proof of the item being broken.
I have posted lots of times to both US and Canada and never had a problem so please don't let this put you off.0 -

Just rang customer services and they said it was probably a Christmas item that has been sold half price to make room for new stock. So if they are getting anymore it won't be until October.
I'm kicking myself for not buying it online. I'll have to see if they lovely male SA still has that one instore.
