You started your post by saying you've been looking through this site for ages. You could have used the time to send off some of your complaints. It really is easy, and does not take up that much time. Give it a go. Don't pay somebody potentially hundred's or thousands of pounds to post a letter for you.

I'm half tempted to set my own PPI company up, it seems there are enough custome... I mean victims out there to make me a nice healthy fortune.
