From a Newbie User:

I have been looking through this forum for ages trying to find a good handling company and all I've seen is flaming and bile.

I want a handler as I have loads of potential claims, I still have all my statements for everything I have done in the last 20 years, but no time to sort through it all.

[Text removed by MSE Forum Team]

I want to give my details once, not 20 times over, I have a busy life and will never get round to doing it myself, I would rather have 75% of something than 100% of nothing. Just a simple reply that actually answers my question and stops me getting ripped off is all I request.

Thank you

Any claims company will still get you to do it yourself anyway. They will just post it all off for you. I don't think you'll get your answer on this site.

Simple answer from a moron - to prevent being ripped off, do it yourself.

The claims handlers' forms ask for the same info as the FSCS's forms (obviously), so contacting the FSCS and doing it yourself is exactly the same amount of work as using a claim handler. These companies are rip-off merchants.
Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

My point is that I want to hire someone to fill in all the forms for me, I don't care if its the same form or not. I have multiple cards/loans/mortgages/bank charges etc. so I could have 20 or more separate claims to try and research and manage.

I have a demanding job, young kids, partner working nights while doing a degree, and I'm realist enough to know if I haven't done it by now its never going happen unless I get some help. There must be one company out of all of them who are reputable and do a good job.

You just don't get it do you?
They will not do the work for you.
    They don't investigate anything.
    They don't find anything out.
They cannot access your credit history.

YOU have to find out what companies are involved
YOU have to find out what the account numbers are
YOU have to provide them with your own misselling reasons or risk losing any redress with an obviously false complaint.

The only thing they do that you do not is put a stamp on an envelope.
If you're happy for them to do this, pick anyone, they're all rip off merchants, they'll all do the same thing.

You really are posting on the wrong forum.

Why not just choose one of the companies who advertise on daytime TV? They make so much easy profit they can afford to advertise on television.

Use a pin to choose which one, they are all identically a waste of money..
