ISA confusion

Bit worried..... The money's gone out of my Halifax but hasn't appeared in my Santander yet. It's been about 4 days now, how long does the transfer take?

It can take up to 15 days to complete the transfer but usually much quicker. If its disappeared from Halifax, its 'on its way', along with £millions flying through the ether today

Why wait until Monday to pay in this year's allowance? You can pay in up to £5760 from today. Then your £5760 can keep the other £millions company :rotfl:

If its for the 2013/2014 tax year I wouldn't worry. They probably can't show the balance until Monday. It might appear later today though depening on their system.

I think OP is talking about the transfer of his ISA from Halifax to Santander.

Ah ok. I've registered now for online and have access. I've sent a secure message to ask where my dosh is!!

I think I'll wait till my transfer is safely in account before I lump more in though!!

I got a text from Halifax on 2nd April about a request to transfer, it disappeared out of my account on the 4th, so it's in no man land at the mo...gulp...this is my life savings!!
