Why do you have to say "driving like a tit". I just checked and my tits can't even reach the accelerator pedal!

Maybe my grandmother's could but they'd have to pass another medical before being allowed behind the wheel, and they probably couldn't see over the top of the dash.

just around the corner from us is a dual carriageway, which had a 70mph speed limit (now reduced to 50 because of this accident)

A young man let his girlfriend drive his Subaru wrx.

She lost control, left the dual carriageway, crossed 150yds of slip road and demolished a brick wall. 3 dead.

if you look at the right hand gateway they didn't quite match the brick colours, and then turn to the left you can see how far the car had to travel to get there. no one knows what speed she was doing but you can imagine.

Looking on google maps at the TT incident you can see that where the Audi came from has cycle lanes on both sides, so there could have been a car in the middle of the road at the corner, or someone was pulling out of the unsighted junction OPP the house.

Either way, methinks the TT was doing more than 30... lol

When is the government going to force laws that stop drivers under 25 having anything more than a micra or something that has to have throttle shut off to prevent further acceleration once the speed limit is reached. Not forgetting tougher sentences, Just think if someone was walking round the corner they would have been killed.

Might be worth forcing young drivers to have a digital taco installed just like lorrys and busses for young drivers that way police will have a very clear picture what they have been up to.

Two summers ago we had two cars overturn on the road outside our house within a few weeks of one another.

Its a 30mph limit and a stright road.

One driver managed to roll his car about five times bouncing off several parked cars as it went.

    It will never happen
