EE + Direct debit = Problem

Just wondering does anybody else have a problem trying to pay your broadband through direct debit with EE

I'm getting a bit sick of them now in that some months they will take the money and like this month some months they don't but there always quick to add a late payment fee on to my bill when its not my fault.

EE always tell me either the request was cancel by my bank or my bank details are wrong but to be honest I don't think they know what they are talking about. How can my details be wrong when some months the bill is paid by DD successfully.

I have spoken to my bank who say for example this month the money was never requested by EE
