I placed an order for over £150 and typed the code FREENDAY into the promotional box which means my order should qualify for free p&p so when I had to pay for p&p I emailed them and asked why. They responded and said
"Our free delivery offer is only for orders placed on Nominated Day Delivery when a specific date is chosen and the code FREENDAY is entered into the Promotions box when ordering. I'm afraid that we can't arrange Nominated Day Delivery to Northern Ireland, so you would be charged the £3.50 standard delivery charge per order.
Kind Regards

Marks & Spencer Customer Services"
Therefore they do not offer free p&p to Northern Ireland customers although it does not state this on their website!0 -
