The highway code can say what it likes but it's the rta that makes it a crime. Hence all the must nots are linked to via law.

Which is exactly why I mentioned it and quoted it in my first 2 posts on this thread, #15 & #17, it's still easier to quote the rule as it has the same effect when read with the regulation that it refers to!
