Threat of Small Claim Summons from Graham White Solicitors

After 2 letters from Euro Car Parks and 2 letters from Roxburghe I too have received a letter from Graham White Solicitors. All the letters I received have been ignored, the most recent letter states:
"Re: Roxburghe (UK) Ltd acting on behalf of EURO CAR PARKS LTD
Total Amount Due: £118.00
Parking Charge Notice Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
You were written to by EURO VAR PARKS LTD and their agent Roxburghe (UK) Limited requesting the settlement of a PARKING CHARGENOTICE (PCN). Due to the absence of payment or a valid appeal, our Client has instructed us to recover the total amount due as shown above.
In order to recover the sum due, EURO CAR PARKS LTD may instruct us to take legal action and to prevent such action we invite you to contact Roxburghe on 01932 332048 to confirm your proposals in respect of this debt. If you were not the driver at the time of the event, we ask that you provide a serviceable name and address as to who was driving at the time of the unauthorised parking event.
Take note; the costs associated with issuing a Small Claims Summons for the balance as stated above are £39, plus interest at the rate of 8% annually, along with any expenses awarded by the Court. In addition to this scale costs are set at £131.61, making the outstanding amount hypothetically increasing by a minimum of £170. These figures are for illustrative purposes only and would only apply in the event of legal action being successful and enforced.
In the event of a Decree being obtained and registered by the Registers of Scotland it could seriously affect your chances of obtaining credit in the future, as this information can be made available to any interested parties and remains there for 5 years.
In order to avoid such action, please contact Roxburghe upon receipt of this letter. Alternatively, you can make a payment via their website (https://www.roxburghe.com)
Yours sincerely,
Michael Sobell
Solicitor"
Should i just continue to ignore this, and subsequent, threatening letters? The "event" allegedly happened when a car registered to my name overstayed in a car park in my home town in Scotland - would this make any difference?

Start laughing and stop worrying - This is just another square off the bogroll!0

Graham White are Roxbutghe, they just pretend to be solicitors and are not very good at it, they cannot be instructed to bring a small claim IMO as this alleged debt is not even theirs, a complete nonsense claim that will easily defended if they were stupid enough to make one.
It's an absolute joke that they speak of roxburghe as if they are a separate company, a simple search on google reveals this, why they continue this ruse just shows how pathetic they are. They will ask for £207.25p next, then offer a discount in desperation and finally crawl back under the rock they crawled out of. Then end of scam as you haven't fallen for this. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Yes they tar the legitimate business with their underhanded tactics, this is what they have on their websiteWe are in no way connected with Graham White Solicitors or Roxburgh Debt Collectors. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Really not sure why you typed this all out by hand when that letter is shown in the letter chains pictures under Euro Car Parks, on the sticky thread that's always up there for newbies to refer to, near the top of this forum. That letter has been used for years for any Scotland fake PCNs.
Spot your letter here:

You should just be playing snap with each letter by now. If you get another one then just look at the pics of any Graham White letters as listed under any other PPC because I think that's the only Scotland-specific one they have. I expect they'll revert to the usual letter chain now (and yes, it's Roxburghe sending these out, look at the address).
Read this to understand that there is no solicitor firm suddenly involved:

I just received this, via email, from Solicitors Regulation Authority:
"I can confirm that Graham White, trading as Sobell Solicitors, of the address Manor House, Lavender Park Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6ND and with telephone number 01932 332 020, are a regulated, authorised firm of solicitors."0 -

We KNOW, we never said they were not a real firm, just that Roxburghe use their letters. Of course they are real otherwise the use of this letter-heading would be fraud!
You are wasting your time! We KNOW they are a firm of solicitors with one practising solicitor, a pensioner called Michael Sobell (Google his name and the words 'Graham White fake PCN').
Come on, have we not given you enough info yet? Can you see what it is yet?! This is only little old EURO CAR PARKS for Goodness sake, I ignored a fake PCN from them myself and it is no biggie. Stop wasting your precious time over this and just play snap with those letter templates.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
