T-Mobile Porting number probelm
Last month i got a new contract with T-mobile and request them to port my previous number from 3 network.
Now problem is when i send text message it show my new number which T-mobile send me along with the new phone but when i make the phone calls it shows my ported number which i have already transfered.
Complain them dozens of times but nothing seems to be working, please advice what to do with that.

You have probably got a split service where the text goes to the new number but calls go to your ported number.
T Mobile should be able to raise a split service request from 3 to check whether there were any porting files missing.0
