NCP K9 Unit

Ive seen this NCP vehicle twice now patrolling the Asda/NCP carpark in Folkestone.

I'll try and get a photo next time, but its basically a white dog van, with the NCP logo and then says "K9 Unit".

Cant seem to find any information or pictures online, but why would NCP need a dog unit?!

Well, here in Manchester at least I understand certain NCP carparks are frequented by drug users and other 'people of the night', so sounds a good deterrent.

Maybe they got it on the cheap from the previous owners and are trying to act tough

  • But does it contain a dog?
The only species in the van is probably the goon driving it who will no doubt have a lower IQ than even the dimmest dog!

Er, what's illegal about wandering round a carpark with a german shepherd?

A dog can be regarded as an offensive weapon. It's no different to parking attendants wandering around the car park with a club.

In some countries that's punishable by lashing.

Oh, you mean the breed of dog? :-)
